It's hard to be mindful of the grocery budget but it has to be done. We were spending upwards of 5-600.00 a month on groceries using coupons. We were overspending and yes using coupons. We have since designed The Grocery Game Challenge on The Canadian Budget Binder Blog where we post our grocery budget weekly and our shop. We have fans that play along with us all month.. at the end of the year we want to see how well we did. So far we have been doing great and have significantly reduced our grocery budget. It's amazing how you realize you don't need as much as you thought. Keep at it... Cheers Mr.CBB
